Responsibilities
Creates forms, manuals, documents and presentations based on varying needs.
Assists in managing, tracking and administering in-house and corporate store benefits, including time off and insurance.
Assists in facilitating staff meetings, work events, manager training programs, and franchisee orientations.
Handles management changes at corporate stores by updating records, changing access to onboarding and payroll programs, providing time off, processing insurance enrollments, and notifying the appropriate contacts.

Description
Manage multiple new store build-outs for Jet’s Pizza. Be the main point of contact for all franchisees from the date their Franchise Agreement is signed until Grand Opening.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular detailed meetings with Franchisees, Architects, General Contractors, and Equipment vendors to ensure Jet’s specs are being met.
Facilitate Sales orientations for new stores.
Provide detailed updates to all internal departments on all new stores progress, including grand opening dates
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliveries.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Display awesome customer service.
Itemize and submit related invoices to accounting.
Payroll & HR Assistant

Description
Provides administrative support to both the Payroll and Human Resources Departments on a variety of tasks related to employee records, personnel issues, payroll processing, workers compensation, and other payroll and human resources matters.
Responsibilities
Reviews tip sheets & timecards on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy
Tracks paid time off hours to ensure they are accurately listed in ADP/on paystubs
Assists in weekly payroll preparation
Assists in all necessary audits that involve the Payroll and/or HR Department, including but not limited to: PTO, Minor Restrictions, State Mandated Sick Leave, Tax Exempt Status/Adjustments, Quarterly/Annual Wage & Tax Returns, & Local Tax audits
Files Raise & Termination paperwork on a weekly basis for employee files
Scans and organizes paperwork and files related to human resources
Assists in maintaining a variety of records as required by the HR department
Responds to calls or emails pertaining to human resources
Completes and submits employment verifications
Assists in reviewing and processing new hire paperwork
Assists with responding to unemployment claims
Assists in reporting workman’s compensation claims in a timely manner
Supports the HR department in disciplinary procedures and processes
Participates in investigating employee issues and conflicts
Manages the harassment & discrimination training process by utilizing Traliant, communicating with managers, and adding hours to trainee timecards
