The Business Consultant is a senior field-based leader responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and franchisee engagement across an assigned multi-state territory. This role operates as a strategic advisor and performance coach — partnering with franchisees and their leadership teams to grow sales, improve unit-level economics, strengthen the guest experience, and ensure brand standards are consistently met. The Business Consultant bridges corporate strategy and in-store execution, layering financial and business advisory work on top of operational coaching, and serves as a senior field resource within the Field Operations team.
Responsibilities
Serves as the primary strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of franchisees, building multi-year operational and improvement plans aligned with Jet’s strategic vision
Conducts structured business reviews and operational assessments to evaluate performance against brand standards and unit-level financial benchmarks
Leads goal-setting and action planning sessions focused on profitability, throughput, staffing, sales growth, and guest satisfaction

Store Launch and Activations Manager

The Store Launch & Activation Manager is accountable for the successful execution of new store openings and high-impact, store-level promotional events across the Jet’s Pizza system. This role owns performance outcomes—not just coordination—ensuring every opening and activation is executed with operational excellence, strong marketing impact, and clear accountability. This role is designed to scale Jet’s growth by bringing consistency, discipline, and a repeatable playbook to both grand openings and field activations. This role directly impacts early store performance, franchisee confidence, and brand perception in local markets. By owning both store openings and high-impact activations, the Store Launch & Activation Manager ensures Jet’s enters every market strong and executes at a consistently high level as the brand scales.
Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned store openings
Own the full lifecycle: pre-opening planning → opening execution → post-opening ramp (first 30–60 days)
Build and manage detailed opening timelines with clear milestones and ownership

Operations Excellence Coach

Description
This position is essential, as it oversees over 100+ franchise locations and is an operations liaison between the corporate office and our franchisees. In this role you will analyze the performance of store operations and instruct franchisees in strategies and techniques to improve operations. You will plan, perform, and report on activities concerned with all facets of compliance and inspection, determining whether franchises comply with Jet’s America standards. You will investigate all violations and address the issues with the franchisee to keep them in compliance. You will lead in training new franchise locations during their opening weeks.
Responsibilities
Works with franchise owners and their management teams to ensure the store is performing well while meeting Jet’s principles and standards.
Consults with assigned franchise owners as subject matter experts in all areas pertaining to the successful operation of a Jet’s Pizza store.
Effectively communicates and ensures compliance with corporate policies, procedures and guest service at franchise locations. Ensures all food and health safety practices are being followed through thorough shop visits, coaching management and team members, and staying current with ServSafe® principles/standards.
