Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REGULATION.

1. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Jet’s Pizza Ranchfest Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins Monday, March 10, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends Sunday, March 16, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will consist of one (1) drawing to award twenty-seven (27) prizes (each a “Prize”). Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor’s designated server will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES: Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. Each person who submits an entry in the Sweepstakes, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Jet’s America, Inc., 37501 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310 (the “Sponsor” or “Jet’s), and/or Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC, E. Falmouth, MA 02536 www.cfapromo.com (the “Administrator”), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. 

3. ELIGIBILITY: PARTICIPANTS MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR AT LEAST THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE STATE IN WHICH THEY RESIDE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, Zimmerman Advertising, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, franchisees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live.  “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not.

4.     HOW TO ENTER: In order to enter, the designated social media account must not be set to private.

·       During the Sweepstakes Period, “follow” Jet’s Pizza on the designated Sweepstakes social media platform (TikTok, Instagram or X/Twitter) (collectively the “Platform”) and “like” and “comment” on the Sweepstakes post within the Platform.

·       Your entry must comply with these Official Rules and may not contain any Content that includes messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which the Sponsor wishes to associate.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person. LIMIT: Winners are limited to only one (1) Prize per person or household.

Although it is free to enter the Sweepstakes, if you opt to access the Sweepstakes via your wireless mobile device, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone’s capabilities for specific instructions. Sponsor is not responsible for any charges.

All entries submitted through the Entry Site will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any Prize. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account subscriber of said email account at the time of entry will be considered the Entrant. “Authorized account subscriber” as it relates to email is defined as the natural person who is assigned the account by the email provider. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized email account holder. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected entries. 

Entrants found using multiple accounts to enter this Sweepstakes will be disqualified. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same online account.  Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, logins, bots, artificial intelligence, entries made on another’s behalf by any other individuals or any other entity, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes/contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AKNOWLEGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT SUBMIT AN ENTRY WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

All entries are subject to verification and approval by the Sponsor. Entries that do not meet the requirements for entry in the Sweepstakes or otherwise do not comply with the Official Rules herein may be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time or if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and in the event of cancellation to award the Prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation of the Sweepstakes. 

Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading or uploading any Sweepstakes related information to or from the web site or for any other technical malfunctions or failures of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer hardware or software, or phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the web site, or any other technical problems related to web site entries including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Use of Personal Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policies. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.jetspizza.com/legal . By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. You are supplying information to the Sponsor and not any social media Platform. Terms and conditions of the respective social media Platform apply.

5. WINNER SELECTION:  A random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on or about Monday, March 18, 2025 to randomly select twenty-nine (29) potential prize winners (each a “Winner”) from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6.  PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Only the Prizes listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.

Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each Winner will receive the following:

·       One (1) $315 Jet’s Pizza “Year of Ranch” Gift Card(s). Terms and conditions of the Gift Cards apply. ARV of each Prize is $315.

Four (4) Second Prizes: Each Winner will receive the following:

·       One (1) $25 Jet’s Pizza Gift Card PLUS  one (1) Neon Sign. Terms and conditions of the Gift Cards apply. ARV of each Prize is $315.

            Ten (10) Third Prizes: Each winner will receive the following:

·       $25 Jet’s Pizza Gift Card PLUS one (1) Jet’s Pizza Tumbler & Ranch Straw Topper. ARV of each Prize is $53.

               Ten (10) Fourth Place Prize: Each Winner will receive the following:

·       $25 Jet’s Pizza Gift Card PLUS one (1) Jet’s Pizza Pool Float. ARV of each Prize is $60.

Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen Prizes. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in the marketplace. Winner will not receive difference, if any, between actual and approximate retail value.  Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not redeemable for cash.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a particular Prize for one of comparable or greater value. 

DISCLAIMER: Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Prize winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if any), and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. 

Prize will be awarded only if the prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative reserves the right to deny the Prize to Winner, with no further compensation, if Winner engages in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified by direct message (DM) by the Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative, requesting the winner’s name and mailing address to receive their Prize. Should a question arise regarding their entry, winner may be notified by email using the contact information provided.

Administrator and Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential prize winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification or Prize is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential prize winner, the potential prize winner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE/ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS: Acceptance of any Prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use prize winner’s entry materials, name, city, state, photograph, likeness, avatar, voice, biographical information, statements and complete address (collectively, the “Attributes“), for advertising, promotional, publicity and/or any other purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, in perpetuity, and without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notification, review, approval or authorization, (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.                                                        

9. DISQUALIFICATION: Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unfair or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to disparage, annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.

10.  SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

11.   RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for, and Entrant hereby releases and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability, causes of action, losses, harm, damages or claims arising from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to Entrant’s computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and (vi) Entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her receipt or use or misuse of any Prize or Prize component awarded, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related or Prize-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

12.   DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court of the State of Michigan and Entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection it might have based upon improper venue or inconvenient forum; and (2) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

13. WINNER’S LIST: To obtain any legally required winners list, send a self-addressed appropriately stamped envelope to: Jet’s Pizza Ranchfest Winners, 37501 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. All such requests must be received by 4/30/25.
